Chad Holmes possesses extensive expertise in claims management acquired through various roles at Intrepid Direct Insurance since January 2020, including Claims Experience Director, Claims Account Executive, Claims Manager, and Claims Specialist. Prior to this, Chad accumulated valuable experience at Farmers Insurance from January 2010 to January 2020, serving as Large Property Central Unit Supervisor, APD EIH Triage Supervisor, Claims Quality Assurance Consultant, and Commercial Total Loss Specialist. Chad holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Kansas State University, earned between 1996 and 2002.
