Dave Cooper

Dave Cooper serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Intrepid Fiber Networks since September 2022, where efforts are directed toward building advanced digital infrastructure. Previously, Dave held the position of SVP Edge Computing at Lumen Technologies from May 2020 to September 2022, leading innovation in Edge Computing across various domains. Dave's extensive experience also includes serving as SVP of Network Architecture at Level 3 Communications, overseeing a vast fiber-optic network from November 2016 to May 2020, as well as multiple roles within Level 3 Communications, including VP of Global IP Architecture & Development and VP of Global Network Architecture. Earlier career roles include senior engineering positions at Electric Lightwave, Inc. and Phoenix Fiberlink, Inc. Dave holds an MBA and a BA from California State University-Sacramento.
