Steve Iskander

Steve Iskander has a diverse work experience in the finance, management, and sales industries. Steve is the Founder & CEO of Intrepid Finance & Venture, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Masik Management, where they invested in and advised companies in various stages of growth, with a focus on transportation and tech.

Steve also founded ParcelInsights in 2019 and served as the CEO until 2021, leading the company to a successful exit by Private Equity. Steve was the Chief Growth Officer at DriverReach from 2018 to 2020, responsible for developing and executing the nationwide sales strategy. Steve also held the role of Vice President of Sales at DriverReach.

Before that, Steve held senior leadership roles at Quality Companies, LLC, where they were the Sr. Vice President of Sales, and Aim Leasing Company, Inc., where they served as the Region Manager and Region Director of Sales. At XTRA Lease LLC, they worked as a Branch Manager, Sales Representative, and in Operations.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated the ability to drive sales growth, develop effective strategies, and successfully manage teams and operations.

Steve Iskander completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Foundations and Bachelor of Arts at Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2003. Steve then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance Concentration at Ball State University from an unspecified start year until 2011.
