Cindy Phillips has over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Cindy is currently employed as a Senior Recruiter at Intrepid Potash, where they specialize in recruiting mining and manufacturing talent. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Independent Contract Recruiter for Talent Acquisition Professionals, LLC, where they supported Intrepid Potash in hiring hourly employees. Cindy has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for ViaSat Inc., U.S. Silica Company, and Sierra Nevada Corporation, where they recruited talent for various industries including aviation, defense, manufacturing, and engineering. Additionally, they have experience as a Sr. Staffing Specialist/Recruiter at Staffmark/Onsite at RR Donnelley, a Director of Recruitment Services at Transform, Inc., and a Recruiter at ARINC, Inc. and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.
