Mr. Wolfer is the Director of Contracts for Intrepid and has served in this position since 2012. He guides and oversees Intrepid’s Contracts Department and is involved in all facets of contract management from cradle to grave. He serves as the principal interface with key government and industry contract personnel alike in regard to all contract-related business matters and processes. While his focus has been the Department of Defense, he has extensive experience working with industry partners both in the federal and non-federal markets. His experience covers the negotiation and administration of simple low-dollar purchase orders to multi-billion dollar Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts across agencies such as but not limited to the Navy, Army, Veterans Health Administration, Department of Homeland Security, Air Force, and Defense Intelligence Agency. Prior to joining Intrepid, he served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility directly supporting the government as a contractor and as a lead contracts representative for a leading government contractor. Mr. Wolfer is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and is both a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) and Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM). He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University and Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. He recently graduated from the Executive MBA program at Georgetown University.
