Joel Timmins

Joel Timmins is an experienced professional in project and program management with a focus on the government and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Program Manager at IntrepidGS since August 2024, Timmins previously held roles as a Senior Consultant at Grant Leading Technology, LLC, and Senior Director at Markon Solutions, where responsibilities included managing a $1B government capital program.
