Lindsey M. Hover

Lindsey M. Hover is a seasoned professional in urban planning and economic development, currently serving as the Manager of Business Attraction & Expansion at The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsey held positions including Research Associate in Economic Development at Center City District and Housing and Neighborhood Planning Intern at Regional Plan Association. Experience also includes project finance at PIDC, and various roles in legal assistance, market research, and communications spanning multiple organizations such as Pomerantz LLP and The Huffington Post. Lindsey earned a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Boston University, complemented by an undergraduate study abroad in International Law at the University of Geneva.
