Stephen Chow

Stephen Chow has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and software engineering. Stephen started their career at ThinKom Solutions, Inc. in 2014 as an Embedded Controls System Engineer, where they developed software and designed lab environments to automate the test and calibration of satellite communication antennas. At Flowserve Corporation, they worked as a Senior R&D Mechatronics Engineer and later as an R&D Engineer, contributing to research and development projects. From 2019 to 2021, Stephen held the role of a Senior Software Engineer at Symbio Robotics, where they developed real-time control capabilities for robotic arms and designed a state machine framework for assembly line applications. Stephen then joined Vicarious in 2021 as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they are working at Intrinsic as a Senior Robotics Engineer since 2022.

Stephen Chow has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering. Stephen obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA in 2014, after completing their Bachelor's Degree in the same field from UCLA in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Chow also obtained relevant certifications in the field of Machine Learning and Neural Networks. In 2016, they received a certification in Machine Learning, and in 2017, they obtained a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning. Most recently, in 2019, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Self-Driving Cars. All three certifications were completed through Coursera Course Certificates.
