Brad Klune

Brad Klune has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Brad currently serves as the VP of Biz Ops at Intro, where they successfully raised $12m in venture funding and is responsible for booking in-demand experts for personalized video calls.

Prior to their current role, Brad worked at Instawork, starting as a Private Wealth Management Intern in 2012 at Merrill Lynch, followed by a role as a Management Trainee at Burger King Corporation in 2013. Brad then joined Alvarez & Marsal Performance Improvement as a Consultant, where they worked on cross-functional teams, delivering value through fact-finding, financial analysis, and organizational design.

Subsequently, Brad joined Uber as an Ops & Logistics Manager, leading teams across the US and LATAM markets. Their responsibilities included hiring and managing teams for UberEATS, building sales and account management teams, and utilizing data analysis skills through SQL.

At Instawork, Brad held multiple roles, including General Manager, Director of Ops, and most recently Head of Global Operations.

Brad Klune attended Boston College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Operations. In 2016, they earned a certification as a Sports Nutritionist from AFPA American Fitness Professionals & Associates.
