James Montross

James Montross is an Associate Principal - Electrical at Introba since January 2024. Prior to that, James was a Senior Electrical Engineer at CRB from August 2019 to November 2023. James also served as the Director of Electrical Engineering at LPA, Inc. from January 2013 to September 2018, where James grew the electrical department significantly. As the President of Montross & Associates, Inc. from October 1995 to December 2012, James handled various responsibilities such as preparing marketing material, determining staffing and budget requirements, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
