Alans R. has extensive experience in the field of design, particularly in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Alans started their career at RD Electronics in 2016, where they worked on the redesign and launch of an online store. During this project, they led a design team and created a Design System.
After that, Alans worked at GreenPixel as a Social Media/Promotional & Marketing Senior Designer, focusing on generating brand awareness and designing various marketing materials. Alans also worked on web and app design, eCommerce design, and brand identity changes.
Following their time at GreenPixel, Alans joined Scandiweb as a UI/UX Senior Designer, where they were responsible for UX and UI design for various eCommerce stores worldwide. Alans also assisted in user experience design for different clients and ensured projects were completed on schedule.
Alans then moved on to Accenture, where they worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer/Design Experience Senior Analyst. Alans worked with international teams on various digital products and services, responsible for creating UI designs for optimal user experience. Alans also conducted usability tests and user acceptance tests.
Most recently, Alans joined Wois as a Design Experience Architect and Product Designer. Alans played a key role in designing experiences for their products and worked on information architecture, wireframes, and user flows.
Starting in 2023, Alans will assume the position of Global Head of Design at Intrum, where they will oversee design initiatives on a global scale.
Throughout their career, Alans has consistently demonstrated their expertise in design, creating visually compelling designs, and producing commercially viable results.
Alans R. has completed a UI/UX Design program at the California Institute of the Arts and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management and Economics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in UI/UX Design from Coursera, including UI/UX Design Specialization, Web Design: Wireframes to Prototypes, Web Design: Strategy and Information Architecture, UX Design Fundamentals, and Visual Elements of User Interface Design.
