Dr. Dominik Bartl

Dr. Dominik Bartl has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Dr. Dominik started their career as a Call Center Agent at Aktiv Inkasso Pleil AG in 2007 and worked until 2008. Dr. Dominik then joined Lindorff in 2009, initially as a Case Handler Debt Collection and later took on roles as a Business Trainer and HR Developer. In 2014, Dr. Bartl joined Intrum as an HR Business Partner and progressed to become a Senior HR Business Partner. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Human Resources Germany, and currently holds the position of HR Director Market Germany & Austria at Intrum.

Dr. Dominik Bartl holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Art History from Heidelberg University, which was obtained by the year 2010. Dr. Dominik also has a Magister Artium degree in Art History, Prehistory, and Archaeology from the same university, obtained by the year 2000. Additionally, they obtained a Certified HR-Manager degree from Deggendorf Institute of Technology, completed between 2013 and 2014. Dr. Bartl has also acquired several certifications in various fields, including HR management, leadership, project management, and language services.
