Patricia Perez Monterrubio

Patricia Perez Monterrubio has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Patricia started their career as a Letrada at a Notaria Publica, where they provided legal advice on real estate operations and handled property registrations. Patricia then worked as a Letrada at Laso & Asociados, specializing in litigation related to real estate and land management.

In 2010, Patricia joined Aktua Soluciones Financieras as a Team Leader for litigations, a role they held for seven years. Patricia then moved to Lindorff as a Team Leader for Litigations, before taking on the position of Legal New Business Manager.

Since 2018, Patricia has been with Intrum, where they have held various roles including Head of Clients & Sales, New Business Manager for legal services, and most recently as the Director of Legal Operations & REM.

Patricia Perez Monterrubio holds a Master's degree in Urbanism and Land Management, which they obtained from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a preparatory course for Civil Notary and Property, Commercial, and Chattel Registrars at the Colegio de Notarios y Registradores de la Propiedad, Mercantiles y de Bienes Muebles de Madrid from 2002 to 2009. Patricia also completed a Bachelor's degree in Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1993 to 1997.
