Antonio Barrientos

Antonio Barrientos, CPA has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as a Senior Audit Project Lead at INTRUST Bank starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Audit Manager at Regier Carr & Monroe, L.L.P. from August 2021 to October 2022. Antonio also gained extensive experience as an Assurance Manager at Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C. from January 2015 to August 2021, where they managed and supervised external financial statements for medium-sized businesses and governmental entities. Before transitioning into the field of accounting, Antonio held positions such as an Intensive Supervision Officer I at Sedgwick County Government from March 2013 to May 2014, a Targeted Case Manager at South Central Mental Health Counseling Center, Inc. from July 2010 to March 2013, and a Families Kan Case Manager at WICHITA CHILD GUIDANCE CENTER from August 2007 to August 2009.

Antonio Barrientos, CPA obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a criminology emphasis from Kansas State University in 2007. In 2010, they earned another Bachelor's Degree, this time in History, from the same university. In 2015, Antonio attended Wichita State University and achieved eligibility for CPA licensure with a 3.5 GPA in Accounting. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification through the Kansas Board of Accountancy in 2017.
