Hemant Singh

Hemant Singh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Inttl Advocare, an intellectual property rights law firm established in 1991, overseeing a team of over 100 members and managing IP litigations and prosecutions across India. Singh serves as the President of the AIPPI India Group and has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the INTA Anti-Counterfeiting South Asian Sub-Committee and Co-Chair of the INTA India Global Advisory Council from 2016 to 2019. Singh was also the Chairman of the National Council on IPR at ASSOCHAM and Vice President of the APAA India Group. Hemant Singh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Delhi University and is a registered patent agent.
