Dr. Bonita Best is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, project management, and education. As the owner of Bo Knows Cleaning LLC since December 2020, Dr. Best advises cleaning enterprises on cybersecurity measures while specializing in deep cleaning for commercial and residential spaces. In addition, Dr. Best serves as a Director at a private company, where an innovative Cyber Security Awareness & Education Program was developed, enhancing organizational culture through gamification. Previous roles include Business Risk Manager at Danske Bank, Lead Project Manager at American Express, Senior Implementation Manager at MedHOK, and IT Project Manager at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, where significant projects and initiatives were successfully orchestrated. Dr. Best holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master's in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, alongside a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Saint Augustine’s University.
