Luke Winter

Luke Winter is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, as Vice President of Finance for the US QuickBooks Ecosystem at Intuit since December 2024, Luke Winter previously held multiple vice president positions at ServiceNow from April 2018 to December 2024, overseeing data product strategy, strategic operations, and finance. Luke Winter's prior experience includes key roles at eBay, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Business Performance for North America to General Manager of Close5 and CFO of eBay Classifieds Incubator Markets. Earlier in the career, Luke Winter co-founded Green Street Partners and served as Managing Director at Union Square Advisors. Additional experience includes positions at ThinkEquity LLC, Greenhill & Co., Lazard, Broadview International, and McKinsey & Company. Luke Winter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.
