Nancy Dcosta

Nancy Dcosta has been in the Information Technology Industry since 2005. Nancy started their career in 2005 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Compunnel Software Group, Inc., where they handled full life-cycle recruiting and placed highly skilled consultants at client sites according to project specifications. In 2007, they joined Magnum Technologies Inc. as a Sr. Resource Manager. At Intuites, they were responsible for placing high-end technical professionals in contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions. Nancy was well-versed with employment terms such as W2, 1099, C2C, etc. and dealt with H1B, Citizens, Green Card, EAD, and TN Permit.

Nancy Dcosta attended DePaul University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance. Nancy then went on to St. Mary's College of Maryland from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General.
