Jacob Puritz

Jacob Puritz is an accomplished Flight Dynamics Engineer at Intuitive Machines since July 2022, with extensive experience in aerospace engineering and research. Jacob has served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since August 2017, and completed two internships at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center focusing on image processing for spacecraft navigation and synthetic imaging applications. Earlier roles include Integration Lead at the University at Buffalo Nanosatellite Laboratory and a Computer Technician at Unisys. Jacob holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University at Albany.
