Nathan Eckert

Nathan Eckert is an accomplished aerospace engineer and military officer with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the uNOVA Vehicle Structure Lead and Structures Engineer at Intuitive Machines since January 2021, Nathan also fulfills the position of Space Operations Officer with the United States Air Force. Prior military experience includes serving as a Reserve Tank Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities involved overseeing the combat readiness of a platoon. Nathan's engineering background encompasses roles such as Stress Analyst at Triumph Aerostructures and Technical Engineer at ANCO Engineers, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by a Minor in Leadership Studies. Nathan also contributed as a volunteer with The Know and has a foundational career starting as a Lifeguard and Pool Maintenance Technician at the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver.
