Tim Hill has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the defense industry. Tim recently joined Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation as the Director of Central FL Operations. Prior to this, Tim served as the Commanding Officer of the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, where they managed a diverse portfolio of training systems and aircraft support acquisition programs. Tim also held the position of Deputy Director of F35 Mission Systems in the US Navy, overseeing the development and acquisition of the F-35 mission systems. Tim's experience also includes roles in the Navy Strike Weapons Program and the F-35 Joint Program Office. In addition, they served as the Commanding Officer of Strike Fighter Squadron THIRTY-TWO, leading carrier-based operations and training. Earlier in their career, Tim was the Special Programs Branch Head at Headquarters, US Special Operations Command. Overall, Tim Hill's work experience demonstrates their expertise in strategic leadership, acquisition management, and operational planning in the defense industry.
Tim Hill holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Tim then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University from 2001 to 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they furthered their education by obtaining a second Master of Science (MS) degree, this time in International Relations, from Troy University.
In terms of additional certifications, Tim Hill obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2022.
