Francis-Michael Capulong

Francis-Michael Capulong has extensive experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as Manager of IT Operations Support at Intuitive since April 2014, with previous roles including Associate Manager of Information Technology, Service Desk Lead, and Desktop Support Technician. Prior to Intuitive, Francis-Michael worked at Heald College as an IT Technician, providing comprehensive help desk support, troubleshooting campus equipment, and managing user accounts. Francis-Michael also has experience in retail, having worked as a Sales Associate and Training Mentor at Burlington Coat Factory. Francis-Michael holds an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Network Security from Heald College.
