Jacki Engstrom

Jacki Engstrom, PMP, is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in managing IT support services and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr Director of IT Support Services at Intuitive since October 2016, Jacki oversees a global team responsible for a wide range of IT support functions. Prior roles include Sr IT Manager at Boston Scientific, where responsibilities included global networking and unified communications management, and various IT management positions at AMD, BMC Software, and Peregrine Systems, focusing on end-user support and quality assurance. Jacki holds a Master's degree in Library Science and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from San Jose State University, and has also contributed to academia as an adjunct instructor.
