Tom Liou

Tom Liou is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing and medical device sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Supplier Engineer at Intuitive since April 2022, Tom has demonstrated strong project management and design control skills. Previous positions include Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Engineer at Precision Concepts, where responsibilities encompassed customer liaison and developing detailed validation documentation. Tom also held the role of Project Engineer at Parker Hannifin, Product Design Engineer at Kimble Chase Life Science and Research, and Associate Global Tooling Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, contributing significantly to product development, mold procurement, and process optimization. Tom earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an AS in Engineering Science from Monroe Community College.
