IVT’s founder and CEO Chris Jones has a rich computer telephony background. He previously was a lead engineer for the elite “Advanced Voice Systems” group of MCI. There he helped engineer countless innovations that helped shape the VoIP revolution of today. His expertise is not limited to carrier-grade networks.

He has provided solutions or support to nearly half of the fortune 100 companies over the last twenty years. He has been trained by some of the finest engineers in the industry and has contributed to major projects by Nortel, Genesys and many others. He founded IVT as an outlet to evangelize the proven process and methodology that he has found to work for many other companies.
