Jennifer Maynard has over 20 years of experience in sales and management roles. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as a Financial Consultant at Morgan Stanley, where they ranked in the top 10% of their sales class for total assets and securities sales over $5M. In 1999, they joined Alcon Laboratorios as a Sales Representative in the Salt Lake City, Utah territory, where they grew the RX market share by 35% over two years and was awarded President's Club both years. Jennifer then joined Alcon Laboratories Belgium (ALB) in 1999, where they held roles such as Senior Medical Sales Representative, Senior District Sales Manager, Regional Training Manager, District Sales Trainer, and Sales Representative. During their time at ALB, they won multiple awards, such as the President's Club in 2013 and the Circle of Excellence Award, Top Performer for the launch of the new drug, Ilevro in 2013, and #1 Medical Sales Representative in the Northeast Region for Nevanac with 133.80% Attainment of sales goal in 2012. In 2014, they joined Medtronic as a Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for selling I Pro2, professional continuous glucose monitoring device, to primary care accounts, Accountable Care Organizations, large medical institutions and C Suite Executives throughout the entire North East. Jennifer was the #1 Regional Sales Manager in the nation through FY17 and January, 2017, finishing 122% and 109% of plan for the quarter, respectively. Jennifer also held the role of Diabetes Territory Manager, where they were responsible for selling the MiniMed 503G with Enlite Insulin Pump for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetic patients all throughout Bergen county. In 2017, they became the Area Sales Manager for the Eastern Region at Medtronic Diabetes, Non Intensive Diabetes Therapies Division, where they were responsible for managing 25 individuals and focused on driving sales, coaching and developing team, hiring, firing, and maintaining area budget. In 2018, they joined Senseonics, Incorporated as a District Business Manager, where they managed a team of 5 Territory Managers, 3 Clinical Managers and 2 Field Support Specialists in NY, NJ, PA, ME, MA, NH, VT, OH and finished the #2 District Business Manager in the nation for 2019 sales year. Jennifer then joined Medtronic as a Strategic Account Manager, where they worked to drive the adoption and use of I Pro2, Professional Continuous Glucose Monitoring, Guardian Connect and Insulin Pumps, into Large Accounts including ACOs, IDNs, IPAs and other larger health organizations. In 2020, they joined Zealand Pharma as Regional Business Leader, where they managed a team of 11 Territory Business Leaders in the Northeast and took the team in the first year from 83% of plan when started to 110% by the end of 2020. Currently, they are the Regional Sales Director at Intuity Medical, Inc., where they are leading a team of 6 Sales Specialists and is responsible for sales of Pogo, automated blood glucose monitor about to hit the market.
Jennifer Maynard obtained a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont in 1995, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same university in the same year.
