Francisco Menacho

Francisco Menacho began their work experience in 2004 as a Telephone Technician at Procomtel. In this role, they were responsible for the maintenance, administration, installation, and configuration of various Nortel Networks PBX systems. Francisco also worked with Meridiam Mail and Callpilot.

In 2006, Menacho joined Intech as a Professional Consultant. Their responsibilities included the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Voice and Contact Center equipment and applications, specifically Avaya Aura Contact Center, Avaya Aura Contact Recording and Quality Monitor, and Avaya Aura Communications Manager.

Francisco Menacho holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Engineer in Industrial Electronics from the Universidad de Cádiz. Francisco has also obtained several certifications in various technical fields. In 2011, they obtained the CompTIA_CTP+, CompTIA_Network+, and CompTIA_Server+ certifications from CompTIA. In 2012, they received the MCP - Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment certification from Microsoft. Additionally, Francisco has obtained numerous Avaya certifications, including ACIS - Avaya Aura® Communication Manager and CM Messaging – Embedded (R6.x), ACIS - Avaya Aura® Contact Center, ACSS - Avaya Aura® Experience Portal with Proactive Outreach Manager, ACSS - Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite, ACSS - Avaya Contact Recording and Avaya Quality Monitoring R11, and ACIS - Avaya Aura® Contact Center CCT and Multimedia. The obtained years for these certifications range from 2010 to 2014.
