Isaias Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Isaias began their career as an Analyst de Sistemas at Grupo Empresarial 3000 C.A. in 1995, and worked in that role until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Isaias served as the Director de Proyectos Corporativos at ASP Solutions C.A. Isaias then joined Sigo S.A. as the Gerente de Sistemas in 2004, and stayed with the company until 2011. Isaias then worked as the Consulting and Services Manager at GLC Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Isaias has been a Cloud Solution Architect at InTWO.

Isaias Martinez completed their undergraduate education at Universidad Central de Venezuela from 1994 to 1999, earning a degree in Computer Science (Licenciado en Computacion).
