Nancy Gallegos has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer success, product management, and operations. Nancy is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Inunity, a people-first acquisition company. Prior to that, Nancy worked at Textline as the Head of Customer Success, where they managed top growth accounts in various industries. Nancy also held the positions of Product Manager and Customer Success Manager at Textline. Before that, Nancy worked at Remind as a Customer Success Manager and Implementation Manager, where they supported education professionals and helped triple the company's customer base. Additionally, Nancy has experience as a Marketplace Operations Manager at Cleanify, a Program Manager at New Door Ventures, and a Store Manager at UNIQLO. Nancy also has prior experience in roles such as Tour Guide, Alternative Breaks Director, Fundraising and Awareness Intern, and Resident Advisor. Nancy brings a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence to their roles.

Nancy Gallegos earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in March 2022.
