David Cerezo has been in the IT industry since 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Corporate Account Manager at PC Connection. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an IT Analyst at Lennox International, where they performed system analysis with corporate end users to provide proper access roles needed for full organizational functionality and processed and reported custom SAP reports for management. In 2011, they began working at Inuvio as a Software Quality Assurance / Technical Support Analyst II. In this role, they performed QA regression testing and quality assurance for new hardware/software and cloud based products prior to its production release, communicated with development regarding any potential bugs that need to be escalated and fixed prior to release, and documented scenarios and created guidelines to help reduce down time for customer product installations and beyond.

David Cerezo obtained an Associates Degree in Information Technology-Computer Networking System from ITT Tech in 2007. In 2012, they earned a Comptia A+ Certified certification from Comptia.
