Eric Banks

Eric Banks, CPA has over a decade of work experience in finance and accounting. ERIC is currently working as the Senior Director of Operations Finance at Invacare Corporation, where they are responsible for supporting manufacturing leadership, developing finance strategies, and ensuring the achievement of annual operating plans. Eric's role involves collaborating with various departments, such as Sales and Marketing, and driving improvements in cash flow and working capital.

Prior to their current role, Eric worked as the Operational Controller at GE Current, a Daintree company. Here, they were responsible for overseeing financial operations and reporting.

Before that, Eric was the Controller_Supply Chain Finance at Refresco, where they had overall responsibility for plant operations financial results and ensured accurate and timely reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). ERIC provided financial guidance and support to plant management and worked closely with the cost accounting and supply chain finance teams.

Eric also served as the Assistant Controller at KIK Custom Products, where they supervised the cost accounting department and performed various financial analysis and reporting tasks. ERIC was responsible for investigating manufacturing costs and variances and ensuring compliance with Sox and regulatory requirements.

Prior to that, Eric worked as an SAP Accountant-Consultant at Georgia-Pacific LLC and Zep Industries B.V., where they were involved in various accounting tasks, including product costing, variance analysis, and cost reporting.

Eric's career started as an Auditor at Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC, where they collaborated with FEMA, DoD, and DCAA Auditors on external audit engagements.

Eric's earliest work experience was as an Assistant Treasurer/Senior Staff Accountant at MEMBER HEALTH, where they were responsible for treasury functions and assisting with accounting tasks.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated their expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. ERIC'sexperience spans across various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and consulting.

Eric Banks, CPA, completed their education at Clark Atlanta University from 1998 to 2000, earning their Master's degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In addition to their degrees, Eric Banks obtained their CPA certification from the AICPA in October 2013.
