Carlos D. provided support for 160+ employees covering USA-UK-Switzerland-Philippines-France-Germany, managed software such as Atlassian, Office 365, Zoom, Slack, 1password, Sentinel One, Jamf, Ninja One, AWS Cloud, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Looker, Active Directory, Mimecast, Google Analytics, Adobe, and SAP Concur, and tested and improved the Technology Services department's ability to back up and recover systems during a disaster.

Carlos D. Capacho attended the Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Computer Software Engineering.
