Mona Sugunan

Mona Sugunan has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Mona currently works as the Manager, Product Owner & Operations at Invenco by GVR since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Black Knight from July 2017 to October 2019 as a Senior Development Manager / Product Owner, where they managed a team and contributed to software development and business unit development. Mona also held the position of Senior Manager Business Analysis at Black Knight from March 2017 to July 2017, where they managed a team of analysts and coordinated systems analysis and development activities.

Before joining Black Knight, Mona worked at RealEC Technologies from June 2012 to February 2017. During this time, they served as the Manager, Core Platform & Integrations Business Analysis, leading a team and overseeing systems analysis and development. Mona also worked as a Business Analyst at RealEC Technologies from June 2010 to July 2012.

Prior to their role at RealEC Technologies, Mona worked at The Structure Group from June 2007 to June 2010 as a Team Lead. In this role, they provided project management and leadership support for software products in the energy industry.

Mona's earlier experience includes roles at Mercer HR Services, where they worked as a People Manager from 2005 to 2007 and as a Sr. Client Services Specialist from 2001 to 2007.

Mona Sugunan earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston-Downtown, completing their education between 1995 and 2000.
