James J. Griffin has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and consultancy. James J. is currently the CEO of Invene, a boutique consultancy that specializes in creating transformational software for payers, providers, and HealthTech companies. Prior to their role at Invene, James founded DegreeChamp, an automated degree planning tool that utilized AI to assist college students in graduating more efficiently with less debt. DegreeChamp was recognized with national awards before eventually pivoting into Invene. James also gained experience as a Software Development Intern II at Gallup in 2017 and as a Software Development Intern at Gallup in 2016.
