Asha Mathew

Asha Mathew has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Asha began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Godrej & Boyce, where they worked in Corporate Procurement & Overseas Finance, specifically in Export/Import. After two years, they transitioned to Vision Management Services as an HR Executive for one year, followed by a short stint at AngelHR in the same role. In 2012, Asha joined 123Triad Web Design as an HR Executive before moving on to ARKRAY Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. At ARKRAY, they served as an HR Executive, handling recruitment, employee engagement activities, and onboarding processes for both permanent and contractual staff. In 2019, Asha joined Inventia Healthcare Limited as a Senior Deputy Manager in Human Resources. In this role, they managed end-to-end lateral recruitment processes, built relationships with internal stakeholders, and sourced candidates for leadership and critical positions. Currently, they hold the position of Manager - Human Resources at Inventia Healthcare Limited.

Asha Mathew attended the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounts. Asha later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The ICFAI University, Tripura, completing their studies in 2018.
