Vaibhavi Pawaskar

Vaibhavi Pawaskar has a diverse work experience in project management roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Vaibhavi started their career at Cipla in 2013, where they managed alternate vendor development and cost improvement projects in the USA. Vaibhavi facilitated project review meetings, coordinated with R&D teams and plant for manufacturing execution, and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. In 2015, they joined Piramal Enterprises Limited as an executive in program management. Their responsibilities included leading multiple complex technology transfer projects, scheduling team meetings, coordinating with clients, preparing project proposals, and monitoring project revenue milestones. In 2019, they transitioned to Rubicon Research Pvt Ltd as an assistant project manager, where they drove pharmaceutical formulation projects for the US market. Vaibhavi managed end-to-end project management, conducted technical discussions with teams, and facilitated stage gate meetings. Currently, they are working at Inventia Healthcare Limited as a manager in project management.

Vaibhavi Pawaskar began their education at St. Charles High School in Mumbai, where they completed their SSC in Secondary Education until the year 2007. Vaibhavi then attended St. Marys Junior College from 2007 to 2009 and obtained their HSC degree in Science. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree in Pharmaceutics at C.U. Shah College of Pharmacy from 2009 to 2013. Later, they attended Welingkar Institute of Management from 2014 to 2016, where they completed their PGDBM in Operations.
