Özkan Biçer

Özkan Biçer has a work experience spanning over several years in the software engineering field.

Özkan began their career in 2009 at Advancity as a Software Developer, where they worked on e-learning projects using ASP.net and SQL Server.

In 2009, they joined ACM as a Senior Software Developer, specializing in ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Nhibernate, Spring.NET, and Log4. Özkan held this position until 2014.

In 2014, Özkan joined Inventiv, starting as a Development Team Lead and later progressing to Acquiring Unit Head, Technical Lead, and finally, Head of Software Engineering. Özkan held the position of Head of Software Engineering from July 2020 until the present.

Özkan Biçer completed their secondary education at Karabük Anadolu Lisesi from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a degree of 4.20 in the field of Fen - Matematik. Özkan then pursued their higher education at Sakarya University from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a degree of 3.02 in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Özkan Biçer obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile in October 2019.
