Yusuf Albeni

Yusuf Albeni has worked as a Data Engineer at PiriReis Bilişim from January 2019 to January 2023. In this role, they were responsible for visualizing spatial data on a 3D web globe, designing ETL pipelines using Apache Hop, querying data to create views and preparing dashboards, and managing the data warehouse on Pinot and Oracle databases. Yusuf also prepared technical specification documents and ensured the completion of projects. Additionally, Yusuf worked as a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst at PiriReis Bilişim from January 2019 to September 2021, where they evaluated COVID-19 related spatial data in the country and prepared statistical dashboards on various topics. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Azure Data Engineer & PowerBI Analyst at Inventiv.

Yusuf Albeni obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Yusuf has received several certifications. In December 2022, they obtained the Data Analyst Associate Certificate from DataCamp. Following that, in January 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certifications. In March 2023, Yusuf obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certifications from Microsoft. Lastly, in April 2023, Yusuf obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification from Microsoft.
