Steve Rad

Steve Rad is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the property management and technology sectors. As CEO of Property Inspect since February 2015, Steve has led the development of a unique property management platform that simplifies data collection for professional property inspection reports. In addition, serving as Managing Director of InventoryBase since January 2012, Steve has overseen a cloud and mobile application that streamlines the scheduling and management of property inventory and inspection reports. Since January 2007, Steve has also been Managing Director of Radweb Ltd, a web and mobile development company focused on creating custom applications and eCommerce websites. Steve Rad holds a Master's Degree in Marketing with Digital Media and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth.
