Ashish Ranjan

Ashish Ranjan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Invesco Ltd. since July 2023, Ashish previously held leadership roles at Invesco India Pvt. Ltd., where the focus was on transforming talent acquisition practices and enhancing employer branding. Prior experience includes positions such as Head of HR at L&T Financial Services, where collaboration with the Executive Committee shaped organizational culture, and founder of Bombay Bairag, a media startup. Ashish's extensive experience spans roles in major organizations, including UCB, Citi, Standard Chartered Bank, Novartis, and Larsen & Toubro Limited, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in HR strategy, management, and talent development. Ashish holds an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
