Phil Perkins

Originally from Watts, California, Phil brings over 29 years of multinational real estate development experience with a career journey spanning across the US, Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa. As an individual passionate about residential development, he spent 15 years in roles of progressive leadership with some the nation’s largest, publicly traded residential builders and land developers, and guided project management, land acquisition, strategic marketing, and sales and marketing functions. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from U.C.L.A., a Master of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from U.C.L.A., and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
