Varun Sood

Varun Sood has extensive work experience across various companies. Varun currently holds the role of Vice President - Digital Transformation at Investcorp since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company for a decade, where they held multiple roles including Engagement Manager, Associate Implementation, Implementation Coach, and Senior Implementation Facilitator. Before McKinsey, Varun worked at MetLife as a Manager of Quality Assurance from 2010 to 2012. Varun also worked at NIIT Smart Serve Ltd. as a Manager of Quality from 2007 to 2010 and at Citigroup Global Services as an Executive from 2006 to 2007.

Varun Sood completed their B-Tech in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from Punjab Technical University from 1999 to 2003. Varun then pursued their PGPIB in International Business from KJ Somaiya from 2004 to 2006.
