Mateo Paz Portugal is a Chapter Head and Portfolio Manager at Investa Insights since January 2024. In addition, Mateo serves as President and previously held the position of VP of Events for the TMU International Economics and Finance Course Union. A Private Wealth Management Intern at iA Private Wealth from May to August 2024, Mateo worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at Ted Rogers Sales & Trading from September 2023 to May 2024. Prior experience includes an Accounting Intern role at DMC Mining Services and a position as a Calisthenics athlete and personal trainer from April 2021 to May 2023. Mateo also worked as a Community Assistant at American Campus Communities from September 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Mateo is pursuing a degree in International Economics & Finance at Ryerson University, expected to graduate in 2026.
