Lucas Baracat Pedroso, CEA® has held various roles in the finance and customer experience sectors. From 2013 to 2014, they were an intern at the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo. Lucas then moved on to Nestlé, where they worked as an intern in the finance department from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Banco Santander in various roles, including Assistant Superintendency Regional Middle Market, Assistant Commercial Select, and Caixa. In 2018, they became a proprietor at Seu Burger Araraquara, and in 2020 they became a proprietor at Seu Burger Barretos. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Customer Experience at InvestAI.

Lucas Baracat Pedroso, CEA® received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2012 and 2016. In 2017, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Lucas also completed a Postgraduate degree in Finance, Investment and Banking from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2017 and 2018. In 2007 and 2008, Lucas attended Buchholz High School.
