Rafael Felipe Silva

Rafael Felipe Silva has a long and varied work experience. In 2013, they began their career as an Intern at Prefeitura Municipal de Caraguatatuba, where they were responsible for assisting employees both at a distance and in person, system configurations, and maintenance of computers and printers. Rafael Felipe then moved to SASS in 2016, where they were responsible for creating from scratch a web application to handle associates' paychecks and benefits. In 2017, they joined Miner as a Software Engineer, where they made a rebranding and implemented new features on their risk-managing platform. In 2018, they joined TC as a Staff Mobile Engineer and was the main reference for mobile of the company. Rafael Felipe then became a Tech Lead, responsible for the "Social" squad, and worked closely with the product manager to plan and create tasks for the squad developers. In 2022, they joined InvestAI as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed new mobile features for the app to help users buy stocks with the best experience, developed a new app SDK to integrate with other home brokers, and built the CI/CD mobile flow.

Rafael Felipe Silva attended Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Tecnólogo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas in the field of Tecnologia da Informação. From 2016 to 2017, they attended Treehouse, where they obtained a Full-Stack Developer in the field of Tecnologia da Informação.
