Jose Calero

Jose Calero began their work experience in 2001 as a Continuous Improvement Director at First Data Corporation, where they led a team focused on optimizing processes and organizational structures. Jose then worked as a VP Projects at JPMorgan Chase and as a Change Management Director at UBS Wealth Management. In 2010, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a VP of Change Management before moving to EY as a Delivery Partner. From 2017 to 2018, Calero served as the Managing Director at Mahou Consulting, leading change solutions for financial services clients. Jose also held positions at Distribution Finance Capital, LatentBridge, and IDEAS Globally. Currently, Calero is the Change Delivery Office Lead at Investec, overseeing technology-driven infrastructure services change initiatives.

Jose Calero attended Methodist College, Belfast from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained their A'levels. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Heriot-Watt University and earned their MA in International Business & Languages. In addition, they have a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from GE.
