Laura Birch

Laura Birch is an accomplished business manager with extensive experience in digital, technology, and change management. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Digital, Technology and Change at Investec Wealth & Investment UK since November 2021, Laura provides strategic support to the CTO and leadership team during transformative organizational changes. Previously, at Barclays UK, Laura held various roles including Business Manager for the Marketing Centre of Excellence, where a new Business Management function was established, and Social Media Manager, overseeing key social media channels. Additional experience includes managing business operations in the CEO office, media relations, digital marketing for Barclaycard, and participating in Barclays' Future Leaders Development Programme. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Manchester.
