Philippa Nicolle

Philippa Nicolle has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Philippa started their career in 1997 as a Human Resources Manager at Heritage Group Ltd, where they worked until 2000. Philippa then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Close Asset Management from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Northern Trust Corporation as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and remained in that role until 2019. In 2019, they became the Head of Human Resources at Investec Bank Channel Islands.

Philippa Nicolle attended the Ladies College from 1980 to 1985. Philippa then pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance at the College of Further Education from 1985 to 1987. Later, they earned a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 1997.
