Matt Spisak

Matt Spisak has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Matt began their career in 2001 as a Phone Center Representative and Financial Service Representative at Smart Financial Credit Union. Matt then moved up to Assistant Branch Manager at the Newcastle Branch before becoming the Branch Manager of the Sugar Land, North Loop, and FM 1960 Branches. In 2011, they became the Director/Vice President of Sales and Service, and then the Vice President of Member Service Delivery in 2013. In 2018, they joined InvesTex Credit Union as the Vice President of Lending and Branch Administration, and then moved up to Vice President of Lending and AVP Lending and Collections. Finally, they became the AVP Branch Administration.

Matt Spisak has an education history that includes a degree in Economics from the University of Houston. Matt has also obtained four certifications from the Credit Union National Association, including Certified Instructor - Creating Member Loyalty Phone Center Sales, Certified Instructor - Creating Member Loyalty Sales Strategies, Certified Instructor - Creating Member Loyalty Sashes Leadership Strategies, and Certified Lead Instructor - Creating Member Loyalty Service Strategies.
