Richard Bray

Richard Bray has experience in capital markets, acquisitions, development, leasing, and sales for ground-up multifamily, industrial, and retail across multiple markets. Prior to their current position, Richard worked as a Development Analyst and Acquisitions Associate at ATLAS. Bray also has experience as a Finance & Accounting Intern at The Garzella Group and as a Purchasing and Accounts Intern at D&D London. Richard studied at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, while also being a part of Barrett, The Honors College.
